We had a wonderful time with Shawn's whole family in Orlando Florida. We flew out last Wednesday January 13th, 2010! Alegra did great on the flight and Cruz did pretty good too for being an active 2 year old. Shawn is really amazing at playing with him and keeping him occupied! We landed and took our shuttle bus to the Port Orleans Hotel, part of the Disney chain of hotels. Grandpa & Grandma Frye, Aunt Leigh, Uncle Brian, Nicholas (5), Max (3), and Caden (1) arrived a few hours before us. They were at the hotel waiting for us. We packed the kids up and took a boat ride to downtown Disney for Dinner. Cruz started looking a little pale and then he said his tummy hurt. We ate at the Trex Restaurant but Cruz ended up throwing up and not feeling well, I felt so bad for him. He ended up being sick most of the night but I was hoping he would feel better in the morning. He still looked pale in the morning but he seemed a little more normal and he was keeping some things down, so we headed to the Magic Kingdom!

We all were able to go on "It's a Small World". I think this picture is so funny! Cruz was totally amazed by the ride and Alegra has such a funny look on her face!
We were constantly telling Cruz to get off of Alegra. We bought a sit n stand stroller and Cruz was able to get right close to Alegra.....it is great he wants to be by her but he hasn't figured out he can't put his whole body weight on her!
Cruz did pretty well for feeling under the weather. He didn't throw up any more but he was very tired and wanted to be carried all the time.
The next day (Friday) we went to Universal Studios. Cruz still wasn't feeling great so we only spent a few hours there before we took Cruz home to get a good nap!

This picture makes me laugh. There was a "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" playground area for smaller kids. This is Cruz sliding down, backwards, headfirst, down a leaf! He got in trouble for not going on his bottom, but typical Cruz, had to be the daredevil!
Cruz loves the movie, "Cars", but at this point he was so tired that the loud noises from Mater and Lightning McQueen made him cry....these pictures are pretty sad!

After a good nap we went to downtown Disney Friday night. All the boys had a great time at Legoland! Cruz really liked racing his lego car against all the big kids!
On Saturday we went to Disney Animal Kingdom. This is Grandma and Grandpa Frye with all the grandkids (except Alegra, she was sleeping at this point). Cruz feeding an animal at the petting zoo!
Saturday evening we went back to Magic Kingdom for the light parade and the fireworks. The light parade was amazing! Cruz didn't like the sound of the fireworks, so we left about halfway through the firework show!
Sunday morning we went to the Magic Kingdom for Cruz to walk through Mickey Mouse's house and get a few more rides in. Cruz loved meeting Mickey Mouse!

Overall we had a great time with G&G Frye, Aunt Leigh, Uncle Brian, Nicholas, Max, and Caden, spending family time, riding on rides, swimming, and just having fun!
I ran into the restroom for a second and a came out to find this. When I asked Cruz about it he said, "Alegra needed a fishing pole to go fishing!"
I dolled Alegra all up for church yesterday. She even had on the fancy ruffle underwear under her skirt!
