Legos and Spiffy

We had to go to Target on Friday afternoon to pick up a birthday present for one of Cruz's friends.  He decided to use his gift cards from his birthday at Target to buy a Lego Set.  He built it pretty fast.  I love how he had it displayed this morning!!

Baby Farrah

Rebecca, David, and Baby Farrah came into town late Friday night.  David's family is having a reunion in Midway this next week.  We went over to grammy's after church to baby Farrah.  She had just gotten up for a nap and was ready to eat so she wasn't too sure about us!!!

Shopping, Bowling, and Pizza

Yesterday we had to go to the mall to pick up Shawn's new sport coat.  He looked pretty spiffy in it.  Afterwards we decided to go to the bowling alley to bowl and then we went to Este for pizza.  We stopped at Saturday's Waffles in the parking lot of Dan's.  I thought it was a fun family afternoon/evening!  We all were stuffed by the time we got home....we ate too much of the waffles.  They were yummy but we were all pretty full from the pizza.

 Last Friday Grammy took the kiddos to Lagoon. I went in the afternoon but started feeling crummy pretty quickly so I took Isla and Lexi home with me.

 On Saturday I was finely feeling a bit better. Shawn and I took the kids to Cowabunga Bay and gave grammy a break!!!

Last week was a Blurrrrr.....

So Naomi drove Mia, Sasha, and Isla down from Idaho last Monday evening.  We all ate dinner together at our house.  On Tuesday Naomi left for Europe to meet Ryan for his European tour.  The girls stayed here. We decided the girls should sleep at Grammy's house but I would keep them most of the day.  On Tuesday the kids all played at my house.  I woke up feeling a bit strange but just dismissed it.  By evening time though I was so achy and fevery.  I ended up being sick like that till Saturday. It was awful.  My poor mom took my kids and Naomi's kids.  They went to a movie one day, luckily Katie (who was in town still) took Naomi's girls one day, and then my mom even took them to lagoon with the help of Rich and Russ.  I felt so bad I wasn't helping but I could not break the fever.  Cruz had his first scout camp Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon/evenings, so that was fun for him.  On Tuesday before I got fully sick I took the kids "fairy garden" shopping and they have had fun creating a fairy garden.  I am so glad I am feeling better now though!!!
