Alegra has found her hands! She loves to look at them and to try and suck on them. She hasn't figured out a thumb or finger yet, she kind of sucks on her whole fist. She is getting so big and much more interactive. She coos and giggles and she loves to smile! She smiles the best at me when we are up together in the middle of the night, it is like our little secret! :)
I love this picture below. Alegra is looking up to her big brother. She has started smiling when he comes around. We are still working with Cruz on being soft and quiet around her, but it doesn't seem to bother her too much, he is still the best big brother ever!
Cruz was in school 2 days a week for the month of January. He is going back to one day a week but he was able to do lots of art projects this month! He is very proud of his work. Whenever anyone comes over to our house he has to show him his wall of art!
Last night we got the jog stroller all set up with the infant sling and took the kids for a walk. Alegra was in her pink bear snow suit and the most adorable hat (that kept going over her eyes) and Cruz was very excited to have a partner in crime sitting next to him. We are excited to have the jog stroller set up to do afternoon walks (when the weather permits).
