Field Trip Out to Vernal

Dad had a 2 day work trip out in the oil fields about an hour out of Vernal.  It was HOT HOT HOT!!!

Water Gun Wars

What do you do on a 105 degree day when you are waiting for your neighbors with the pool (Whippermans) to get home?  Water gun wars!!!

Games and Picture NIght

Today we had tee ball and coach pitch at the same time tonight, 6:30.  Luckily Shawn was able to meet us (he is super busy at work right now) and we got to see both kids play by taking turns at each game.  After the games was picture night.  Here are some of the shots I got from my phone. We decided not to order so these are our official pictures!!

Zoo + Legos = Awesome!

Our Zoo has some legos on display and a large block lego play area set out for the kids to play with. All 3 of them loved the play area.  The zoo was great as usual.  It was Lexi's first time on the carousel. She loved it!

Miller Sports Motor Park

Shawn and Fran took the kids (Cruz, Alegra, Wyatt, and Walker) to the Miller Sports Raceway to watch some dune buggy races and ATV races, etc.

They had a lot of fun!

Cruz's Basketball Game

Cruz is playing basketball on Saturdays this summer (basically only in June and some of July) at Murray Holiday Lions Rec Center.  He is doing so well. His dribbling is getting so good and he was doing some awesome fakes yesterday.  I love when he has his hands up on defense too!

Last day of swim lessons for this session

Last day of swim lessons for this session. I want to sign them up again in a few weeks, but Cruz really doesn't want to, I think it is good for them and they learned a lot in this 2 week time period.

 They both got a push pop at the end of lessons. That made them pretty happy. Alegra was a mess by the time we got home. I probably would have stayed at Willow Creek for them to eat but Lexi was super tired and Cruz had to get ready for a birthday party!
