4th of July and a week in Idaho

We drove up to Idaho late Tuesday night July 2nd.  We were able to spend almost a whole week up there.  We went on the boat on Wednesday July 3rd.  That was a lot of fun.  On Thursday July 4th, we went over to Victor to the Victor parade.  On Friday July 5th we all went over to Heise Hot Springs.  There was a lot of Little Red riding, ATV riding, feeding horses, playing legos, doing camp (which Mia and Sasha put on), playing on the slip n slide, swinging, and playing going on.

 After the parade we walked around at the little fair and then grabbed some barbeque sandwiches before heading home.  A bunch of people went out on the boat. These 4 stayed behind and we set up the slip n slide!

 Night of the 4th.  Rich bought some pretty big fireworks in Nevada on their drive to Idaho.  I am pretty sure they were illegal. The kids got a kick out of them!

 Grant was so cute with Lexi. Macy and Georgie both could not make it to the cabin this year.  Grant had a great time being the oldest and he was so cute with Lexi!

 Friday July 5th at Heise.

 After Heise, Aunt Ali and Grant left to go back to Utah for Grant's lacrosse tournament and Ryan and Naomi left for the weekend for 3 shows and to celebrate Naomi's 40th birthday!

 On Saturday July 6th, Shawn did a bike ride with Brett, Rebecca and David went rafting down the Snake with a bunch of the Toliver cousins, and Grammy, myself, and Katie held down the fort at the cabin.  Katie and Ezra ended up going to Jackson so Grammy and I watched kids.  That night though, we were invited to Bud's new house and it was a blast. We got to take a tour of his property, kids jumped in the lake, ate dinner together, and had fun!

 David and Rebecca.  They were able to come in last minute. They weren't planning on joining the group but David had Friday off of work for the 4th, so we found them a flight and they joined us. They flew out Wednesday July 3rd and flew home Sunday July 6th.  It was awesome having them there. We got to see their wedding video, which was fun!

 Shawn got a bunch of cool shots of this hummingbird during sunset on Sunday evening. On Sunday, we went to church, had a little church meeting of our own, then we took a drive over to Jackson Hole. Russ, Walt, Rebecca, and Dave left that afternoon and Ryan and Naomi came back late that night!

We stayed on the boat most of the day and then our family packed up and headed home late Monday night so Shawn could go to work on Tuesday. We had a blast!!!
