 I had the opportunity to teach in sharing time today. It was good for me to reflect and share about the Saviors last week of his life.  And about what Easter really means for us.  Jesus was resurrected so we can all be resurrected.  He lives!!  In singing time we sang about scripture power.  Lexi and Alegra both got to dress up as the super hero for the song.

Easter Egg Time

Tomorrow is Easter so we colored Easter Eggs this afternoon.  We made them "marbled" and I thought they turned out so pretty!!!

1st Lacrosse Game

Cruz had his first lacrosse game today.  He played great and he scored a goal!!!

Play Date

Cruz was invited to Jordan's house on Friday after school to celebrate a great play.  Jordan has down syndrome and is in the special needs program at his school.  Jonas, another special needs friend of Cruz was also invited over, as well as Cruz, Jonah, and River.  The boys had so much fun together.  I am so glad Cruz is friends with all types of kids.

School House Rock Play for Cruz

Cruz performed his 3rd Grade play on Thursday for the parents and Friday (today) for the school.  Cruz had a pretty large part and the teacher told that it was in part for the kind of boy he was at school. That made me very proud.  Cruz worked really hard to know his part, the actions, and all the words to the songs.  He was great!!  So proud of him!!

 G&G Frye were still in town so they could see Cruz's performance!

 After the performance today, a bunch of moms put games together to have a carnival for the kiddos.  Face paining was one of the stations. I did bean bag toss.  Algera took this selfie!!
