Lagoon 2016

I thought I might get away with not taking the kids to Lagoon this summer but I asked them a couple of weeks ago what they still wanted to do this summer that we hadn't done......and LAGOON was the number one answer by all of them.  So on Monday we hit Lagoon.  Manny, Cruz's friend and our neighbor came with us and that was a HUGE help.  I couldn't figure out how to do Lagoon logistically this year by myself because Cruz likes all the big rides now and the girls don't.  But with Manny there, I would send the boys off to go ride rides and then we would set meeting times and spots.....and I have to hand it to the boys. They were always on time or even a little early.  It ended up being a REALLY fun day.  We went to Lagoona Beach around 4 to cool off for a bit and we ran into Pablo, Kubi, Kai, and Gwen, some friends of ours.  We stayed from opening to closing.

 I caved and let the girls get their face painted this year.  I thought we weren't going to the pool because it was a bit overcast, but then the sun came out and the pool sounded good.  It was really great facepaint but pretty short lived, like 4 hours, yikes!!!
