In Town Tournament

 

Alegra had a tournament in town last weekend.  The first day was nice weather but then the weather turned and the games on Saturday were cold and snowy.  Parents actually had to shovel snow off of the fields in order for the kids to play.  

We placed 2nd in the tournament.  There was a really good team, La Roca, which is ranked #5 in our age division.  We are ranked #51 but we still went out and played hard.  

Regardless of the outcome our team had a birthday swimming party planned for Saturday night.  It was nice the girls could go to the party feeling pretty good about their weekend play.
