Alegra

Alegra made us cute overnight oats on Monday night!

On Tuesday she went to a soccer training with Kenzie and she did some funky move and her neck kinda seized up.  She could hardly move on Wednesday. I took her to this guy that has been helping me with my shoulder and he did some hard pressure and message.  He wasn't sure if it was muscle or nerve.  She woke up today being able to move more, so that was good!  Hopefully she continues to heal.  

I had to work yesterday afternoon and Alegra didn't want to stay at home alone so she went and hung out at the office with Shawn.
