Saturday the kids played pickleball a bit and Shawn and Russ fixed the prop on the boat. We got on the water at about noon and had the most beautiful day on the water. It was warm and no wind. Seriously, the best day on the water all summer. We stayed till about 5 p.m.
Lexi surfed
Alegra surfed - she was going for a hard cut and ended up having the board slam back into her ankle. Luckily it was just a bad bone bruise!
The gang
Lexi got up on 2 skies and Shawn, Rich, and I all got up on a single ski. I was so proud of myself, I haven't tried single skiing in several years.
Rich and Russ drove over to Bear Creek after boating to fish until dark. The rest of us went to Snake River Roadhouse for dinner. We were all super hungry and loved the fried cheese curds!
Sunday we went to church. We had a nice Sunday!
After church we drove over to Teton Village to take the tram up to the top of Jackson Ski Resort. It was beautiful!
They served waffles at the top and of course the kids were hungry so we had to get one :)
After we got home Rich, Ezra, Shawn, Alegra, Lexi, and I went on a razor ride up to Rainey Creek. They have done a ton of work on that trail and added bridges on the trail crossings. It was a fun ride!
Dusty!!!
Sunday night we had roast beef, potatoes and gravy, asparagus, and rolls. Raddon Family Tradition.
Monday Russ and Rich went out on the river and Ezra and Katie left. Our family cleaned up the cabin and put it all back together. We took off at 12:30
We went home the way through Evanston (which we rarely do) and stopped at Graze in Thayne for a yummy lunch. We did run into traffic in Parleys canyon ( a truck caught on fire) which added an hour to our drive. I thought it was a pretty drive home. Such a fun weekend but it went too fast!
