"Booty-licious"
Playing in the playroom before Cupid came to our home!
We had a wonderful Valentines Day at the Frye household. The kids and I did our typical Monday things, laundry and clean!! :) We made a quick trip to the grocery store and I bought the boys some doughnuts for their Valentines Day Treat (for after dinner of course :)). Carter, one of Cruz's favorite friends, invited him over to play in the afternoon and that left Alegra and I some time to take a long walk outside in the nice 50 degree weather!! Dad picked Cruz up on his way home from work and we had a very nice dinner of Thai Chicken Wraps. After dinner we heard a knock on the door and we opened the door to find 3 packages. Cupid had visited our house and left a gift for Cruz, Alegra, and daddy! Cupid gave Cruz some Magnatiles, which he absolutely LOVES. Cupid gave Alegra a princess ride on toy, and daddy got some weights. After we played with our toys for a while we finished off the evening with our doughnuts.
Grammy gave the kids each a book. Grandpa and Grandma Frye gave Cruz a ski pillow case and Alegra some heart window stickers. All gifts were very well received! :)
Cruz had his Valentines Day party last Thursday at school. He gave each of his classmates a ring pop, which Cruz himself loves. They had a little party the last 30 minutes of class and I was one of the mom helpers. It was so fun to be in Cruz's class, I absolutely loved it, so many times I wish I could just be a fly on the wall in there. One mom brought heart sugar cookies for each of the kids to decorate, one mom brought a bean bag toss game, and I read the Valentines story. Cruz and I found a book at Target that was a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Valentine themed book. Cruz loves that show, so it was perfect.
