Cruz, Mia, and Sasha took a private lesson up at Snowbird on New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day, thanks to Ryan and Naomi. Cruz really didn't want to go, but it was a once in a lifetime opportunity I didn't want to pass up. The 3 of them had a blast, which is awesome, because they were excited to go back the next day. Shawn took Alegra up skiing on New Years Eve day near the end of the day and then picked up the kids. Mia, Sasha, Isla, and Grammy came over to our house to watch bit of Smurfs 2 in the basement. We didn't stay up late or anything because we wanted them to be rested for skiing the next day!

On New Year's Day Cruz skied in his lesson and Shawn and I went up to Snowbird together. Unfortunately, the conditions were not the best, but it was still fun to be able to ski together! We had the gang over for soup last night to start the New Year out right!!!
