We drove up to Idaho on Tuesday night. The kids and I picked up Shawn after work on Tuesday and then we took off. There was nasty weather predicted for Wednesday, so we wanted to get ahead of the storm!

I love being in Idaho because the kids seem to just have fun playing with each other and the limited toys and crafts that are there.
Shawn went on a long bike ride on his snow tire bike Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday the 2 boys went on an adventurous ATV ride.
The girls and I spotted these deer near our home after we dropped the boys off on their ATV trek!!
We went to Thanksgiving Dinner in the early afternoon at the Tolivers Ranch. The entire Toliver Crew was there. It was fun to be with some family!!
Alegra and Anya are the same age and they hit it off!!
On Friday afternoon we went skiing as a family up at Grand Targhee. We love that resort. It was Lexi's first real time skiing. Shawn and I took turns with her on the magic carpet, while the other adult would ski with Cruz and Alegra. It was a great first day of skiing for the season!

Back home, Shawn went on a fat tire ride. He made it all the way up to the 1st lake at Palisades, and it was COLD outside, impressive. The kids and I had fun at the cabin. I pulled them with the ATV and then they sledded a bit on a little hill in the yard.
