THE WEEK BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS -

WHEN YOU CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT DAY IT IS!!!  We had a fun week between Christmas and New Years.  Naomi flew Isla out on Tuesday, the day after Christmas.  She basically dropped her off and then caught a flight back to LA.  On Tuesday the kids played at the house and went sledding in the evening with Shawn.  On Wednesday I decided to take them to "Get Air" to get some energy out.

Grammy, Rebecca, Farrah, and Pierce met us there, which ended up being a good thing.  Isla hit her head on some bar and was totally bleeding from the head.  I was so scared.  I ended up taking her straight o Insta Care that is super close to the place and Grammy took all the kids home.  Luckily, she ended up not having a concussion and not needing a staple, hallelujah!!!
Farrah loves coming and playing dress up!
Writing Thank you notes for Christmas gifts and eating Takis, which we had never tried before until Isla brought them to our house :)
Thursday we had a neighborhood party and then we kinda took it easy because I had to keep a close eye on Isla.
Friday we all hit the slopes.  It was a really fun afternoon of skiing!

During down time the girls have been making pearler beads, they have been super creative with them.
On Saturday Cruz, Lexi, and I went to the BYU basketball game with Pierce, Grammy, Farrah, and Aunt Rebecca.  Isla, Alegra, and Shawn went back up to ski some more-that's what the girls wanted to do!

The noise at the game was a bit much for Lexi.  It did help once I bought her these ear muffs!!
A chill Sunday morning.  We went sledding since we had promised the kids since Tuesday night to take them back.

Today, Sunday is New Years Eve.  Grammy had us over for Sunday dinner with Russ and Ali's family.  It was crazy just due to the sheer number of people, but really no different from other Sundays.  We did help grammy take her ornaments off the tree and take her tree down.
On to a New Year tomorrow, 2018......to many wonderful things!!
