I called Dr. Pete's office because I needed a sports release form filled out for Lacrosse. I found out he hadn't been in for a well check in a while, so today I took him in for a well check and to fill out the form. Dr. Pete had some great advice for Cruz. I hope he listened! On 1/27/2022 Cruz is 14 years 8 months. His height is exactly 69 inches, which is 80% for his age. He weighed in at 143.6 pounds, that is 80% for his age. His body mass index is 21.1, which is 69% for his age. I realized as I had to fill out these forms, how extremely fortunate we have been with Cruz's health. He really is in pretty good health for the most part. He has minor things now and then, like some seasonal allergies, but I also think as we try to eat better, we can help some of those things out. But really so much to be grateful for!
