1st Haircut for Lexi..on HALLOWEEN!

Lexi and I had a little down time so we decided to get her baby muller hair in the back cut off. Cookie Cutters was having half price haircuts today,  so we decided to go for it!

She did really great!!!

Halloween….so far!

We have had a great Halloween morning and afternoon.  Updated by pics to this point in the day.  Got up and got ready to go to Cruz's school Halloween Parade. We dropped Cruz off at school at 9 a.m. then parked and went to the gym with the girls to watch the parade. Grammy came to watch Cruz. He was a super cute army guy. He is going to be a zombie army guy tonight, possibly, but he didn't want to do all the makeup for school, I don't blame him!  Alegra had preschool from 11-1:00.  We came home for a few minutes between the parade and school, then it was off to more fun.  I went back to Alegra's school at 12:40 for a little preschool parade and to watch them in a small program where they sang songs.  It was so cute.  Lexi actually got her 1st haircut while Alegra was at school too.

Halloween Preschool Picture with Miss Sarah!

Singing, Snow, and Markers

We had singing today and it was Halloween dress up day. Today Alegra went as a witch and Lexi as a Packers cheerleader.  Getting ready to go we looked outside and it was snowing, crazy!!!  After singing we came home to do some cooking and baking.  Pumpkin Bread, white chocolate pretzels, and deviled eggs (for dads work party tomorrow).  Lexi got into the markers when I wasn't looking and liked drawing on herself!!!  Tonight we went out to dinner at Costa Vida with Grammy and then went over to Scheels for a bit.  The last picture is the kids and I on the VERY LARGE ferris wheel!! It was a nice day and we are excited for 2 reasons, dad comes home late tonight and tomorrow is HALLOWEEN!!!

Halloween Dance Class today

Alegra started a tap/ballet class last week with Esme. She loves it, which makes me so happy because she really didn't want to take dance after her last experience (too long of a class and she didn't like that I left).  Today was dress up in Halloween costumes. I love my little flapper!

Boo At the Zoo and Grant's Game

Dad went to Wisconsin Thursday night for Dan Winter's wedding so the kids and I are on our own.  We decided to go to the Boo at the Zoo event this morning.  It was fun but super crowded.  We waited in a lot of lines to get a piece of candy.  We actually didn't see too many animals and then Alegra was like, "I am ready to go home!"  After waiting in lines I was too. I promised them some cotton candy instead of waiting in more lines and we took off. It was fun getting dressed up and seeing all the costumes but I am not sure if I would go again.  We came home to eat lunch and then we went over to Grant's last football game. It was awesome. Today is such a beautiful fall day, it was nice to spend so much time outside.  The kids had fun and there was a park close by that they played at until the game started.  Lexi wore herself out and it sleeping right now.

 I was afraid it was going to be cold so I really didn't dress Lexi up, I just put a flower head band on her. Alegra wore her witches outfit (she also has a flapper girl for this Halloween too).  Cruz is like an army guy and on Halloween he is going to be a zombie halloween guy.  We didn't want to do makeup this morning though!
