The girls and I had a vey fun and impromptu Friday. We needed to get out of the house Friday mid morning because the carpets were all wet from getting the carpets cleaned. They wanted to go to the park by the Firestation (close to our home). We were playing and I overhead these woman talking about taking a tour of the fire station. I was very noisy and asked how they set that up. One of the fire fighters was their friend and was giving them a "special" tour. I asked if we could join them and they were so nice and let me and the girls join them on the "special" fire house tour. We toured the whole station, got to look into the trucks, slide down the fire pole (the girls didn't want to do that), and spray one of the powerful hoses. It was so cool!!
We had just enough time to grab a sandwich before Alegra had to go to Macy's kids camp. Lexi has a bad cold so I brought her home to take a nap. Alegra had so much fun at the camp this week and Lexi was so sad she didn't get to go on Friday but she was in tough shape. After camp and nap the girls and I met Summer, Tyler, and Matt at Toni's pool and we swam from 3 till 6. The girls had a blast. That pool is so nice and they have so much fun with Matt and Tyler. I quickly got them home to feed them before a sitter came over so I could go to a late dinner with some friends that were in town from my Israel group!!
