Zoo Day Friday

We are trying to pack it all these last few days of summer.  The kids really wanted to go to the zoo and Friday wasn't going to be too hot.  We got there fairly early before it heated up.  We walked around for a bit and then we went to the Bird Show at 11.  Cruz really wanted an eagle "Freedom" like Carters.  Cruz used his money to buy an eagle.  I couldn't resist (Alegra gave me $4 dollars) but the girls found a baby eagle and a pink tiger that were on sale, so we walked away with 3 new stuffed animals!!  After the bird show we left to meet Naomi and the girls at Hires downtown. They had flown in that morning!  Naomi left us after lunch. She was driving up to Twin Falls for a wedding and the girls came home with me. We played at our home for a bit and then went over to Russ and Ali's to swim.  We went our separate ways at night because we went over to Summer and Craigs for a BLT party/slip in slide party.  Pretty fun day!!
