Rebecca's Half Ironman

My sister Rebecca competed in a half ironman down in Provo today. My mom, the girls, and I drove down there to support her. We got there in time to watch Rebecca transition from the bike to the run. The running path looped the participants passed the crowd about half way through their 13 mile run so we got to see Rebecca on her run and then at the finish line. The girls were amazing. Alegra helped cheer for Rebecca all day. It did end up being an all day thing but they both were so good. I am so impressed by Rebecca. It was a 1.2 mile swim in Utah Lake, a 56 mile bike, and a 13.2 mile run (half marathon). Crazy, but she did it, and did it well! Good job Rebecca. Dad and Cruz stayed home and had fun going up to Snowbird. I will post about their day once I get the photos from Shawn.
