Last Games of the Season

On Saturday Cruz had his last lacrosse game of the season and Alegra had her last soccer game of the season.  Cruz's season was rough.  The didn't win a lot, which really doesn't matter, but some of the kids attitudes were terrible.  Shawn had a rough time getting the boys motivated to work, to really want it.  There was one boy in particular who kinda made the entire season difficult, and it soured the whole experience for many of the boys on the team.  Cruz says he doesn't want to play anymore.  I hope he does, because he has invested a lot of time into lacrosse, but if he doesn't want to continue, I said I was o.k. with it as long as he is doing/trying another sport.

 Alegra also had her last game on Saturday as well.  Although her team NEVER won (for both fall and spring), I was impressed with how hard they tried and fought.  It was a coed team.  But Alegra had her friend June on the team.
