Last night it was a bit chilly but we needed to get the kids out for a little exercise. I am glad for Shawn's encouragement because lately I would rather just cuddle up with a blanket and watch tv. BUT the kids need this, I need this, and it gives us time to connect with our kids. We walked up to the bus stop at the the mouth of little cottonwood last night. In the little bus shelter we had competitions. Pullups from the rafters. Push ups and wall sits. It was a fun little activity. So grateful for this time together.
