Thanksgiving Weekend up in Idaho

We drove up to Idaho with Grammy on Wednesday afternoon of Thanksgiving weekend.  Covid numbers are going crazy all over and they asked families not to gather but I couldn't leave Grammy alone.  We crossed our fingers and hoped no one was sick. On the way up to Idaho we stopped at Maddox to pick up a late lunch.  We didn't realize 'the whole world' was picking up pies, so we had to wait for over an hour for our take out order.
On Thursday (Thanksgiving) we went over to Grand Targhee to ski in the afternoon.  We thought that would be the least crowded day.  We love that resort!

Friday we had our Thanksgiving.  We worked on all the food. Pies, sweet potatoes, turkey, stuffing,  the works!
Grammy spoiling the kids and making german pancakes for breakfast.

Pie makers!
Sweet potatoes!
Lunch time treat!
I didn't get a picture of dinner but it was yummy!
Had fun riding the razors and shooting guns.  Thats Alegra driving my car, yikes!

On Saturday we went for a hike to pick our Christmas tree.  We found a good one!

Cruz and Alegra both found a little tree they HAD to have.  They put it in their rooms when we got home!

Cruz named his Lil' Dave!

Worked on a puzzle up there!

We had a fun, healthy (yay), happy Thanksgiving. So grateful for so many blessings in our lives!
