Sunday Night Camping Dinner

I don't know why we haven't done this sooner, but Shawn prepared foil dinners for tonight and we took them up to Tanners Flat Campground to grill out.  It was a little chilly but it was fun. The kids and I had a fun time hiking around while Shawn cooked the food over the fire. He prepared fish, carrots, beats, and we made tacos out of the things. They were really yummy and the kids ate really good.  We of course had s'mores for dessert!

 Lexi is really into "wanting" to be in this backpack. The minute we walk out to the garage she points at it and says, "backpack"!!

 Shawn's ingenious way to cook the food so we didn't burn it.

 Shawn needed a really big rock to hold one of the handles and Cruz went out and found one!

 Then Lexi offered Shawn a rock to help too!

 And so did Alegra!
