This Is The Place.....

Shawn was helping Matt today plant some trees up at his house, so the kids and I decided to go to "This Is the Place".  We got up and got out of the house early.  The weather called for rain but more in the afternoon, so we wanted some time to hang out there before it rained on us.  We had beautiful weather and we were like the only people there. In fact we had to wait for the guy to bring us gold digging pans.  We had no problem looking for gold with our hands though.  We rode the mini train, dug for gold, and went to the petting zoo and rode the ponies.  Alegra and Cruz rode the 2 ponies first and then Lexi got on, but when Lexi got on Alegra's pony made a loud sound and it made Alegra cry, so then Lexi got very unsure of the pony.  It was a fun Saturday morning exploring....and of course, we had to have some doughnuts at Brigham's Doughnuts!!!
