DAY 6

Thursday October 17th.

We walked to Central Park from our hotel in the morning.

we passed a few really fancy car places on our walk to Central park
Nature and City meet
We entered Central Park at Grand Army plaza

We saw a Hoka commercial being filmed which was pretty cool.
Bethesda Fountain
Then we walked from Bethesda Fountain to the Model Boat pond.  Then we exited Central Park and walked back along 5th avenue.
Apple Store - went in to check it out.
Just crazy amount of people on 5th avenue

Lego Store

There was a Land Rover display set up outside of Rockefeller Plaza
FAO Shwartz and JellyCats, Alegra was in heaven

We grabbed some pizza in the basement of Rockefeller Center and ate right outside of Rockefeller Center.  Kinda a funny place to eat.  But we were getting close to our 2 p.m. ticket time for "The Outsiders".

The pizza was yummy - Ace's Pizza, Detroit style

The girls outside of the NBC Studios where they film The Today Show!

Walked from Rockefeller Center to the Theater District to our musical "The Outsiders" at Bernard Jacobs Theater.  We LOVED it!  It was so good!

We got out of the musical at 4:30 and had 5:15 dinner reservations at Carmine's.  We walked around Time Square (which was right by the Theater and Carmine's) for a bit.  Alegra and I went into a huge Sephora. When we were in Sephora, Lexi and Shawn were watching Break Dancers on the Street and Shawn was asked to go into the center.   I have a video of it, "the big sexy white guy".  So funny!

CARMINE'S - Italian Family Style. We loved it!

Then back to Time Square to see it at Night.  So crazy!

Walked into the M&M store

Hit FAO Shawrtz one more time on the way home (to decide if Alegra was going to get the specialty Jellycat item they only sell in NY, she decided against it) and picked up some desserts from Magnolia Bakery to take to our room and eat dessert and watch Outer Banks.

This Ad came up in Time Square and we had to take a picture!

Tight squeeze and Cruz was a trooper to sleep on the little portable cot we brought the entire time we were in NYC.
