Gingerbread Houses

Today Grandma made Gingerbread houses with all the grandkids that live in Utah. The plan was to get all the grandkids together at Grammy's house today at 10:30, but due to a power outage at Grammy's house, the party moved to our home. We were excited to have the party at our house, especially Alegra. Growing up we would make all our gingerbread pieces, paste them together, decorate, etc....it was an all day process. Grammy went an easier route (plus the little kids can stay focused long enough), by buying pre-made gingerbread houses. The kids were all creative making the homes. The adults joined in and it was a fun wintery day activity.
