Santa's Reindeer

Last night the kids and I went to visit Santa's reindeer. Santa lets Thanksgiving point have 2 of his reindeer on display during the holiday season. We drove thru the light display the week before but it was close to bed time so we didn't stop to see the reindeer. Shawn had a holiday party to go to so the kids and I decided to go visit the reindeer. It was a VERY FUN NIGHT! We even stopped and picked up some Santa Hat's on the way home! The kids are at such a fun age for Christmas. I am having a blast having fun with them and participating in all the holiday fun!

The Thanksgiving Point website didn't list a time that the reindeer were out, it just said the dates they were there until. So, I decided to go early before it got too cold outside. We got there at about 5. After walking around a bit we asked a person that worked there and they said that the reindeer didn't come until about 6. Luckily they had a really yummy, casual cafe that we ate dinner at while waiting. We even walked over to the fun old-time ice cream parlor they had and got mini kid ice cream cones for the kids for free. By the time we finished the reindeer were out, it was perfect!!!
