BYU Basketball Game

Grammy invited us to one of the last home basketball games last night at BYU. The kids and I went with Grammy. Shawn chose to stay home and watch Lexi. It was a 7:00 p.m. game, so that would have been hard to take Lexi. We left in time to eat at Cubby's Beefs. Cubby is Bobbi's brother and he just opened up a restaurant in Provo based off of a famous Beef place in Chicago. I never ate at it when I lived there but supposedly it was very popular. I had a salad with tri tip and it was awesome. He has decorated the place really cool and the food was good, so hopefully it will make it. We headed over to the game after dinner. BYU was playing a Portland school. Portland was terrible but BYU didn't look to good either. They ended up winning by a lot. We left in the 4th quarter because they were ahead so much. The kids had fun at the game and Alegra liked looking for Cosmo the Cougar. He did come over close to our seats and Cruz gave him a high five but Alegra just liked looking for him, she didn't want to actually be close to or touch him!! It was a fun evening!!

The kids got those hats from the restaurant earlier, but liked wearing them at the game!!!
